Clarification on Travel Insurance Coverage
Air transportation is a covered item under travel insurance with the exception of Frontier shutting down and travelers needing to find alternative transport.  This stipulation is due to their public bankruptcy announcement.  Feel free to call me or TravelSafe with any questions relating to AIR or other coverages.

GROUP RATES AND BOOKING FORMS POSTED
Group Rates have been incorporated into the Group Contract at the rates previously quoted in mid-April.  Deposits of $55/adult and $40/child are required to hold your space.  Payment terms and dates are identified under the GROUP RATES terms and conditions link in the left quick launch column of this page.

RESERVING YOUR SPACE
Please go to the Credit Card Authorization link, download, print, complete, sign, date and fax back this form to my attention by Friday May 9th, 2008.  All that is currently required is your intial deposit of $55/adult and $40/child.  All subsequent credit card payments may be authorized via a phone call or email notification.

PASSPORT REMINDER
Please be sure to apply for your passport if you do not already have one.  If you do have one... PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE AND MAKE SURE IT WILL STILL BE VALID AT YOUR TIME OF TRAVEL!!

Prices for AIR
Guests travelling from gateways with Frontier Airlines may take advantage of the Agreement set up through Destination Celebrations which entitles all guests to a 10% discount at the time of purchase.  We recommend you purchase AIR early as prices will increase as your travel date approaches.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.  Depending on the coverage selected and the time of purchase, pre-existing medical conditions may be waived.  To qualify for this waiver it is imperative that you purchase insurance within 15 days of your initial trip deposit, whether it be AIR or ROOM.  Please call me to get further details or refer to the link on the left colum of this page.
